Back Pain in Pregnancy

Back pain is very common during pregnancy. The curvature of your spine and your center of gravity shift as you baby and belly grow bigger. These changes put stress on your back leading to pain and discomfort. Using good postore and keeping to a sensible weight gain can help prevent backache.

What can I do to relieve back pain?

1. Eat a well balanced diet. Excessive weight gain only adds to the pressure and strain on your back muscles. Following a healthy diet will help to keep your weight on track.
