Opening
a new file

This
is easy. Click on File >> Then New
Choose
the size of your file

- Select
the size of your file. If you are making
a 8 and 1/2 by 11 page, you will want to make your
file 7 and 1/2 by 10.
Your printer will most likely not print all the
way to the edge. If you make your image a little
smaller you can trim off any excess paper on the
edges of your scrapbook page.
- Set
the resolution of your file to 200 or better.
(The higher the resolution, the higher the quality
of the image)

- Then
use the drop down menu and select Pattern

Draw
your Easter egg with the elipse tool. You can change
the color using the layer palette.

Use
the lasso tool to split your egg into two halfs

Use
the lasso tool to split your egg into two halfs. Once
you have the bottom half lassoed, create a new layer
via cut. This will cut the egg into two. You can now
move the bottom half of your egg around with the move
tool.
