Arrange
your background and elements

Open
the downloaded zip file. Open the background (or create
your own striped background) and copy
and paste (or drag and drop) the elements on top of
the background.
Draw
a rectangle

Use
the rectangle tool to create a square mat to place
your photos on.

Rotate
the square shape and add a drop shadow.
(Repeat for second square mat or duplicate
the layer and fill it with a different color)

Add
your photo

Add
your photo by copying and pasting it (or drag and
drop it). Scale down the size of your photo so that
it is approximately the same size as your mats. (You
could make these more precise but this is easiest
for beginners). Add a stroke to your photo (how
to add a stroke). Stroke inside using
a brown color. Add an outer bevel to your photo. (to
add bevel go to Layer>>Layer Style>> Bevel
and Emboss)
