Instructions:
Cook pasta according to directions on package in a
medium pot. Add sausage, sun dried tomatoes, and broccoli
to pasta during the last three minutes of cooking. Drain.
Mix pasta mixture with pesto, chopped pecans, Parmesan
cheese, salt and pepper in a large serving bowl; mix
well. Serve right away.
Makes 5 servings
Note: I have tried this dish with all kinds of the
Hillshire® sausage and they are all good. This is
also good without the sausage for all the veggie lovers.
I have also made this dish with pepperoni slices and
Mozzarella cheese and walnuts. This is delicious as
is, but it's fun to change it up and experiment.
