Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
Stir in your small bowl of liquid ingredients into
dry ingredients. Add green food coloring a little
at a time until you achieve your desired shade of
green. Pour cupcake mixture into greased cupcake pan
about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees F for 18 to 20
minutes or until golden brown. While cupcakes are
baking make frosting.

Vanilla Frosting
1 cup margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups confectionary sugar (sifted)
4 tablespoons milk
green food coloring
Mix margarine,
milk, and vanilla with fork or electric mixer. Slowly add
confectionary sugar and green food coloring a little at a
time while mixing. Keep adding confectionary sugar and mixing
until you reach desired consistency for frosting.
Let cupcakes cool on rack. Then frost with green vanilla frosting.

Green Shamrock Cheesecake

Cheesecake
ingredients
2
eight oz packages of cream cheese
1 tsp of vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
green food coloring
green cake decorating gel
To
make crust
1
cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons margarine
Make
graham cracker crust by combining graham cracker crumbs
and margarine and pressing into round baking pan. Set
aside.

Soften
cream cheese in microwave. Then mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs,
and vanilla in large bowl. Add in green food coloring a little
at a time until you achieve desired shade of green.
Pour ingredients into graham cracker crust. Preheat oven to
325 degrees F. Bake in oven on 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Let cool and then refrigerate. Refrigerate for at least three
hours before serving.
Once well
cooled add decorative shamrock. Use green cake decorating
gel to draw your shamrock and fill the inside with white vanilla
frosting. (Use Green Vanilla frosting recipe above leaving
out the food coloring) You can print out our shamrock
pattern as a guide or draw this freehand.
