1-Paint the wood hearts and let dry.

2-Arrange the hearts in a circle so that the edges overlap a little.

3-Glue the hearts together laying flat. Let dry completely.

4-Now spell out your message on the heart with the stickers.

5-Cover entire wreath with Mod Podge to seal the stickers and the paint. Let dry about 20 minutes or so.

6-Now you can hang up the wreath on your wall or your outside door.
