I am home from the transfer. Everything went really well. We transferred two embryos. I am calling them Meeny & Miney Moo.

The transfer didn’t really hurt at all and was really fast. I had to go in with a full bladder and that was the one thing I was worrying about. I have a very weak bladder. I have seen a urologist before which helped for a while but now I just deal with it. So I had them cath me to empty my bladder. That really helped for a little while anyway. I was supposed to lie in the bed with my feet elevated for an hour to an hour and a half. I made it 45 minutes or so (this was after the cath). The nurse said that was okay and that most people end up having to get up.
Kelly drove me home and I rode in the back seat resting. Now I am on strict bed rest for the next couple days. Thank goodness I have a laptop.
I went into this being very clear that I only wanted to have one and that I was terrified of having twins. I still am. But, now that I know there are two little moos in there, I have already grown attached to them and can’t help but root for both of them.
I will find out if I am pregnant on December 31! So hopefully I will some exciting news for the New Year!!

Patty,
They are beautiful!! I am praying for them both, and for you too! Thank you so much for sharing this precious time in your life! Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers!
