BOB Trailers Inc. is recalling hundreds of thousands of jogging strollers in the United Nations and Canada because of a strangulation hazard, the company announced.
The single and double BOB strollers were sold between April 2002 and February 2011 at REI, buy buy Baby, and other stores as well as online at Babiesrus.com, Target.com, and Amazon.com, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The company is recalling about 337,000 in the United States and 20,000 in Canada of 11 models, the CPSC said. All of the recalled strollers have a yellow-orange drawstring at the rear of the canopy.
The commission received one report of an 11-month-old girl who got entangled at the neck by the stroller’s drawstring. Her mother freed the girl.
The CPSC said you should immediately stop using the recalled strollers and remove the drawstring. If you are using a separately purchased Weather Shield or Sun Shield accessory, you should contact BOB Trailers for a free canopy
