Pepperoni Pizza Crescents
If your kids are picky eaters, raise your hand. Yup, that’s me with both hands up. If I had a third hand, that would be up too, since I have three picky eaters. If you have been a reader for any length of time, you already know that. So, when I find something that they will actually eat, I stick with it. One thing I discovered they love is crescents. You know, the kind in the tube. I have tried many variations from pigs in a blanket to peanut butter and chocolate crescents, and they always eat them. I was trying to think of more ways to fill a crescent and came up with a pepperoni pizza filling. It was a hit!
Supplies You will need:
- Tube of crescent rolls
- Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella
- Pepperoni
Hubby found this squeezable pizza sauce at Target. What’s great is that we can refill it with our own pizza sauce when we are done. It really makes the saucing step a breeze, and it was the perfect way for the girls to put sauce on their crescents.
After the sauce, add some shredded mozzarella,
and top with a pepperoni.
For my kidsm rolling was especially fun. I started off the rolling for them, and they helped finish.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 11-13 minutes.
We baked ours in our toaster oven, and after 11 minutes they were quite toasty.
Ooey-gooey pizza yumminess!
Little C and the rest of girls gobbled them up! If you are looking for a quick and easy kids meal, or a tasty snack, look no further. I have to say, of everything we made using crescent rolls, these were my favorites. You just can’t beat the yummy taste of pizza combined with a flaky crescent roll.

Ahh! I love it that’s smart. My mom used to make me mini pizzas on english muffins but this is cute too!
