How to link directly to your Facebook posts
First go to your Facebook page and find the post you want to link to. Below your post you will see a url with the date of the post.
Click on this url.
Then copy the url you see in your browser’s address bar.
How to link directly to your Twitter posts
First go to your Twitter account and find the post you want to link to. To the right of your post you will see a url with the date of the post.
Right click on this url and open it in a new tab or window.
Then copy the url you see in your browser’s address bar.
