Hello Rainbow Jell-O

Among the treats we are serving at my twins’ fourth birthday party, are cups of rainbow Jell-O. I had seen these on Glorious Treats and thought they would be be perfect for a rainbow themed party. I will start off by saying they came out great and that I will never make them again. They are that labor intensive. It took me a full day to make thirty cups of Jell-O.

You will need:

  • Jell-O in all the colors of the rainbow ( I used large boxes)
  • Clear plastic cups (glass would be fine if these were for adults)
  • Cool Whip in a container

Broken Glass Jello

I made this a few days ago and it’s been a HUGE hit with the kids. The recipe is super simple, easy to make, cheap, and looks and tastes amazing.
4 boxes of Jello (I used Raspberry, Lime, Orange, and Blue berry)
2 packets of unflavored gelatin (each box has 4 packets, I did NOT know this until after I bought the ingredients.)
1 can of Condensed sweetened milk (not the same as evaporated milk)

Start by taking 4 square containers, I used tupperware, and dumping the different packets of Jello in them. Ooooh pretty! (more…)
