My OB has a website, and on it they list some over the counter medications you can take without contacting them. There are a few that weren't on your list. (Obviously, check with your doctor, they may do things differently.)

Colds/Allergies:
Actifed
Tylenol Sinus
Drixoral

Constipation:
Fibercon
Citrucel

Heartburn:
Mylanta
Ryopan

Nausea:
Vitamin B6
Unisom (I assume for night time nausea?)

For headaches/pain ibuprofen can be used between 13 and 27 weeks, but should not be used before or after that point because it is a vasoconstrictor (constricts blood vessels).

The ER doc. told me that you can't take Imitrex (which makes me ill anyways) or anything with the main ingredient of Imitrex in it. (he said some word, but I don't remember it). But they DID give me Demerol, so I guess a low dose of that is okay.
