I was on seasonquie & switched to nuva ring.
Does it still apply that I have to wait for the nuva ring to wait a month to become effective even if I just switched?

I put the ring in Sunday. But I hadnt fully finished my BCPs. ((I had a week of blue & a week of yellow when I switched.))

Was the seasonquie the same pills you were taking that were expired?? If they were than you should have used backup for the first 7 days, since obviously the pills wern't working so its like starting fresh BC, KWIM? Hopefully you O late. confused.gif

I would definately use a back up BC for now. Just in case. Especially since you didn't get to finish your BC pack. GL, but again you definately should use back up.
