Here is the kicker part I have never showed him numbers when counting I always use my fingers. He couldnt say Six, seven and wouldnt say Three which he says all the time lol. I couldnt believe it! I was so surprised 
You never realize how much they really know until they talk. He doesnt talk other than mom and thank you.
