Hi, I'm new here and of course I have a question. I just had my Implanon removed the 21st after about 5 months for so many reasons. The other day I started cramping, sore bbs and bloating, like AF is coming. Yesterday I got some spotting so I thought for sure AF was going to come today but she hasn't which which may be from coming off birth control. My question is more about the spotting. It wasn't normal for me, it was brown, sticky and it was only a little bit once, before I get my period it's always more creamy and a lot more. Is that normal when coming off birth control? Could it still be my period or is it something else? I've never been on birth control before so I have no idea about side effects when it's removed.

It most likely is completely normal. Your body is getting used to being off the birth control and starting to regulate itself. It could take a few months to have you cycle completely back to normal.

its probably that your body is just regulating itself. This could be all you have for a cycle this month and next month may be more. Everyone is different on how their body changes and gets used to being off of hormones.
