We get Jrs IEP eval results tomorrow. I am nervous and excited to see where he is in general. we do know he qualifies already to go to the MRDD school we have selected. Also next week we have our repeat MRI this time it is contrast. He had several spots on his brain durning the last one this is to check them out better and make sure that there arent more. If your the praying type i appricitat it I am nervous as heck about it and worried they will find something more serious. I will update post tomorrow after the IEP meeting with his results.

Hey everyone the IEP meeting went pretty well. I knew it would and I was kinda bummed to hear Jr is over a yr behind globally. Language testing they did both the HELP and PLS. He is expressive 1yr 3 month level and conprehension was 1yr 5 mo. total language age of 1yr 4 months.Large motor he is at a 21-25 month and fine motor he is at 23-25.5mon. Congitive skills were 16-20mon level , social emotional 24-31 months and self help was also 24-31 month, the other rd of testing has him even lower than the first. In the last year Jr has actually went backwards for 80% of the testing his self help and social emotional is all that went up. I was bummed to hear that he was completely delayed. When veroniqua had the same testing at this age her numbers were so crazy but she was doing 3-4yr at fine motor and was ontrack large motor..... I know every kids different... Anyhow we got into the school we were hopping for I have to go back in early may to enroll him as they dont do enrollment in Feb..... Also Jr will start to recieve Itenerate services (1hr a week preschool based work) as we no longer qualify for EI and Help me grow when he turns 3 in March.

Is it bad it didnt bother me a bit that hes so behind? I knew he was i didnt think he was as far behind but I am happy with the current results and the way things are going. Thanks for all of your support!
