I have seen in some siggies where part of the picture is over the frame and part under it and was wondering how to do that. I use psp x1 and wanted to know how to do it

The way I do it is to have 2 copies of the picture. I put the one beneath the frame, and use the other to cut out whatver bit I want to overlap it, and place it on top.
