Puffed up? Nope
Painful (little or more)? Not at all
Hard on the inside? Not anymore
Numb? Nope
Stingy? Nope

Dissinfect it still? Nope (well I wash it lol like the rest of my body)
Give different and more detailed attention to it? Nope
Shave over it? (TMI sorry)...but my incision was very low (so it cannot be seen) so there are shaving issues also. This is a tough one. Yes I shave but I also have to pluck along the incision because any ingrown hairs are murder because they can't go through the scar tissue. But yes I do.

and/or what other issues do you have with it at the moment??? I don't really have any issues besides the dreaded belly flap. Yuck!

and/or what other issues do you have with it at the moment??? None, it healed beautifully, now I'm ready for round 2!

Painful (little or more)? Um I get sharp twinges on a daily basis but I was told its scar tissue
Hard on the inside? Yes it feels like a knot underneath my skin but again I was told thats my scar tissue
Numb? In certain spots
Stingy? Oh yes it twinges daily

Dissinfect it still? Well the body wash I use on a daily basis is antibacterial so I guess yea I do
Give different and more detailed attention to it? I dont even mess with it anymore. I dont really notice it unless I get one of the twinges then I stop for a second and grab it. I still put coco butter on it. But Im only 3 months out.
Shave over it? No I dont have it its low but not low enough to have to shave it

Numb? yes, above and below my incision, but mainly below
Stingy? sometimes

Give different and more detailed attention to it? yes, when washing and shaving, just because I don't like the numb feeling
Shave over it? No! I'm way too scared. I get as close as I can, but I don't even like shaving below it because I can't stand the feeling

and/or what other issues do you have with it at the moment??? Nothing really. Like I mentioned before, I just HATE the numb feeling. It makes me cringe
