of the b/c method you use??
I have the copper IUD. There are more pros than cons.
Pros
I don't really have to do anything with it.
Lasts 10 years.
We can get it taken out when ever we want.
Cheapest over a long-term period.
As effective as sterilization.
No hormones.
Cons
My AF has been heavier than what it was on hormone b/c
have to check the string once a month
higher up-front costs (we still haven't got paid back from the insurance company!!!)

Ortho Evra (The Patch)
Pros:
Once a week use.
I don't notice it at all.
I have had no serious side effects.
Cons:
It makes me itchy.
The adhesive peels back a little and dirt/dust/lint sticks to it making it look like a dirty bandaid.
