How do U add them to Photoshop 7?

You can't "add" tubes to Photoshop 7. They are speficially for Paint Shop Pro. You can however, open them in Photoshop, but you need to add a file to your file format folder. I've posted about it before, so let me see if I can find that thread and bump it up for you.
