I messing around with it and i can't figure it out..

I got it cut to a circle..and then tried to erase the background around the rest of the picture i didnt want around the circle and it said i needed to De-float. it???

Thank you Ann! I needed to make a tutorial, but just didn't get around to it.

i do it a ghetto way lol i past the shape over my pics use the magnetic lasso to go around it and then delete the shape layer, then i copy whats selected and paste it lol im sooo friggin lazy!!
