How long did you bleed for on your first period after coming off bc? Sorry to be noesy

I started spotting around 16th for approx 4 days, then bled fairly heavily until 24th. Yesterday I thought it had stopped, but today I'm spotting again I can only assume it's "normal" for first or first few cycles to be a bit off?

It's competely normal to have weird cycles at first. Your body is adjusting to not being on bcp.

My first cycle after stopping the patch was over 2 weeks late. Then after it came it lasted about a week.

It came pretty much on time. It's stopped now, but (sorry TMI) when I wipe at times there's a little Hopefully it will settle after this.

You probably will be a bit off for a few cycles before your body gets back to normal. Last time I went off the pill it took about 3 months before my body got back to a normal schedule.

Yeh I think it stopped the day after I posted that last one, so Monday 29th. But yesterday and today I've had cramps like period-type cramps. They are very noticable this morning.
