I've been having so many issues with my Mirena. Like compleletly random spotting and severe cramps from october till mid jan then from mid jan to almost the end of march i didn't bleed at all. now i never thought to read about the bleeding and i found out that if you go more then 6weeks with no bleeding you are supposed to have it out. Great! then the last week of march i started doing this random bleeding and spotting and horrid cramping again. some weeks i will have one day where i bleed and cramp then the rest of the week fine, the next week could have 2 or more days or none. ITs irritating and I cannot loose any weight sense i got it in. I've actually gained 8lbs sense having it in but sense october i've not changed even with being more active. So i think its coming out
Anyone had it taken out? What should i expect?
