Hi Everyone, I've never posted on here before but Ihave a question for those of you who are on or have been on Nuvaring. I started it a month ago and being post partum I hadn't have my first AF but I did what my Dr told me to do and Just put it in and then take it out that I should have AF on the normal off week. I've took mine out on friday and don't have any signs of AF coming...and I mean NONE! How long does it take once you take the ring out for AF to show? Should I be concerned and call my Dr cuz I never started again after having my Daughter? I just don't know what to expect from this thing! lol so any info would be greatful!! TIA

Your AF not showing might be because you just had a baby. Are you nursing?? That might be the reason. It also takes a few months for your body to get used to a new b/c.

AF showed up on 5 days after having it out and only lasted 3 days.....which is one day less then my normal. But I also had to stop the Nuvaring because I can't afford it even with insurance. So guess I'm back to the pull and pray method if and when I start DTD again.
