Well I finally got my IUD removed, at least it didn't hurt as much coming out as it did going in!
Anyways I'm on ortho tricyclin again now, but when I was on it a couple years ago DH and I always used condoms with it, because we were in high school and I was really afraid of getting pregnant. But now I don't want to use condoms becuase we're married and I also HATE condoms... but I don't want to have any more kids for a couple years and I'm still kind of scared that I'll get pregnant

Has anyone gotten pregnant while on the pill? I mean I'm being careful to take it every day at about the same time and not miss any.

I was on Ortho Tricyclin and never got pregnant. I used it for over a year. Just remember to take it at about the same time every day and you should be fine.

I was on OrthoTriCyclin and I got pregnant. I then miscarried. I am never getting on the Pill again.

I was on Alesse for 3 years and never got pregnant. I was good about not missing pills though. And my OB told me to use protection the first cycle because you are not totally safe until you are on the second pack.

The likelihood of getting pg while on the pill if you take it the same time every day is really low. It is one of the most effective methods if used right and consistantly. If you are bad about taking the pill you may want to consider the ring

Well i was on the pill when I got pregnant for the first time when i was 19. But I was not very good at remembering to take it properly, so I would say it was more my fault then the actual pill.!

I never got pregnant while on the pill. i was on Triphasil (sp?) for several years and never got pregnant while taking it and I will admit that there were times that I forgot to take it, but I just took both the next day.

I was on Alesse, took it every day and I got pregnant. I miscarried though, I don't think the pill is for me.
