I just started taking the mini pill (micronor) today. I have never even heard of it but the family planning nurse said that is the only BC pill I can talk since I am breastfeeding. I was hoping someone could give me some feedback on it rather it be good or bad I don't care, I just would like to know more about the side effects and if it's a good form of BC or not......Any feedback will be very helpful, Thanks!

For side effects and health risks, be sure to read through the insert that came with your prescription.

I didn't get it as a presciption there for I have no insert that explained the side effects, I got it from family planning.

They don't give you information about the risks and side effects of the drugs you're putting into your body? That's BRUTAL!!!! Here you go:

I hated that BC pill...I took it for 3 months and gained almost 20 pounds....while BF! It was horrible. Horrible mood swings, horrible everything! I would never recommend and I will never take it again. Sorry, just my experience...I hope it really works for you...
On the plus side....never got my period with it! But then again I was BF

I didn't have any issues with it. I took it for 5 months while I was nursing and didn't have any side effects and no AF. Just remember that if you do decide to take it that you need to take it at the EXACT same time every day for it to be most effective.
