Hi Ladies:
Last week I took my last birth control pill, Yasmin. I then started my placebo pills and of course started my period like I always do. Well Hubby and I decided I should stop taking the pill so I didn't start a new pack. I now have a terrible headache, and feel nauseaus, I also spotted very so lightly, it was actually watery..sorry TMI..it only happend once and thats it...are all these side effects of stopping the pill? Has this happended to any of ya'll before? Thanks!

Hang in there, symptoms commonly associated with PMS or pregnancy are VERY common when your body transitions off synthetic hormones. Headaches, nausea, strange bleeding - all normal. This too shall pass...

I agree with Shawna. These can be side effects of stopping the pill. I had pregnancy signs the first month after I stopped using the patch.
