Hello ladies ! I am about 4 weeks PP so will be having my 6 week PP appointment soon , can I be measured for a diaphragm then or do I need to wait till more time has passed ? Also has anyone had experience with a diaphragm and cervical cap or cervical shield ? Did you like one over the other ? Thanks !
