Okay, I started taking/using the OrthaEvra patch about 4 or 5 months ago maybe 6 months max. I decided to leave the patch because of the reports I heard against it. I used it in Jan, and Feb. In Feb I went to refill my prescription (had to use patch until appt with OBGYN for alternate BC)

My hubby accidently threw away my prescription and the pharmacy told me it would be $83 bucks to replace it between refills....

so we did not get it filled....we also had sex the night before and the day I was supposed to put the new patch on...This was sex Feb 20th and Feb 21st.

My period was in Feb, but either Feb 4th or Feb 11th...I just can't remember which week I had it.

I have 2 tests...I was going to take one in the morning..but I don't know if it is too soon...if you mess up a couple of patch cycles is the medicine still in your blood/system to protect you?

I am like aaaarrgggghh!

Hmm, I got preggo while on the patch without having it off for a day, so I would def test, I don't trust that thing!! Hope it works out the way you want it too, and JTLYK I had a perfectly healthy baby(and was on it for a month while preggo b4 I knew I found out), so if you are, don't worry too much about any side effects
