Their very first grandchild, Mackynzie Renee Duggar, has arrived! Josh Duggar and wife Anna are said to be very happy about the news. Mackynzie was born at their home, where a midwife and doula were present, according to People.com. Josh is the oldest of Jim Bob and Michelle's 18 children. His daughter's birth will air on TLC's "18 Kids and Counting" on October 13 at 9 p.m.
