Former Playboy model Holly Madison is pregnant with her first baby with Pasquale Rotella, according to US Weekly.

Madison told US Weekly, "I've always wanted to be a mom, but I thought it would take longer!"

The former Playmate is about 12 weeks along according to the magazine.
