Sam Trammell's Twins Have Arrived!

(August 11, 2011) True Blood star Sam Tramell and his longtime girlfriend Missy Yager welcomed twin boys on Tuesday.

"The couple is very happy that everything went smoothly," a source told Life & Style magazine.

The twins, whose names have not been revealed, are the couple’s first children.
