A heavenly slice of flavorful pumpkin pie and delish whipped cream is the perfect way to complete any holiday meal. Here are 3 pumpkin pie recipes that are fun, easy and incredibly tasty!

Easy Pumpkin Pie

You’ll need:

1 (16 oz) can of pumpkin
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 ½ teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
One pre-made pie crust
Cool whip (optional)

Simply mix your pumpkin, milk, eggs, vanilla and spice in a bowl. Pour into the pie crust and cook at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Voila! Add cool whip and serve!

Pumpkin Cream Pie

You’ll need:

1 cup canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 cups milk
2 small (3.4 ounce) packages of instant vanilla pudding
1 cup frozen whipped topping (defrosted)
1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

We found this recipe first on allrecipes.com and absolutely love it! All you do is mix the above ingredients until well blended (for about a minute). Next, fill the pie crust and let it sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until it is set. Use the remaining whipped topping to add a dollop to each piece and enjoy!

Low Fat Pumpkin “Yogurt” Pie

Talk about easy and yummy: This kid-friendly, low fat dessert literally takes 5 minutes to assemble and about that long for your guests to devour!

You’ll need:

Cool whip
One pre-made graham cracker pie crust
Pumpkin frozen yogurt (from your local grocery store or frozen yogurt shop)
Optional: Chocolate chips, chocolate sprinkles or diced almonds

Defrost the pumpkin frozen yogurt until you can scoop it into the graham cracker pie crust. Fill evenly. Add cool whip, chocolate chips, sprinkles or diced almonds. Put back into the freezer and pull out about 15 minutes before serving. If you have kids wanting to help in the kitchen, this is a perfect, easy pumpkin pie recipe for them to help create!
