I actually had cramps bad enough with Cora at the beginning that I called my mother in tears because I thought I was going to miscarry. I even spotted. But...nope. I cramps with Erin too, just not as bad.
It's hard not to be afraid. Just take deep breaths, and do stuff to distract yourself! That's what I had to do, anyway.
