How long is "lately" ? She might be nursing more to get rid of a bug or because she is having a mini growth spurt. Can you offer her more sessions before bed instead of a bottle?
My daughter is almost 6 months old and she still wakes up once or twice to eat. Since we co-sleep it never bothers me, we barely even wake up. Babies take in 1/3 of their daily calories at night.
