It took me a while to understand when a boob was "empty" (although they are never totally empty kwim?),but after a while,you just know kwim? Its not the same for everyone,you have to learn to understand your body.
All the time Noelia is getting milk,she stays partially awake.SheŽll open her eyes every now and again and start sucking,swallowing etc But once my boob is "empty" and shes not getting anything much anymore,sheŽll either fall asleep,or pop off and my boob looks different when that happens too.
When my boobs are full,they are wider and I can feel little bumps all over the place right up to my chest..when they are empty,they are no longer wide,they are saggier,longer,softer and the bumps are gone.Also,when I squeeze my nipple,I just get a drop or two,but if they still have some milk left,I squirt out of 10 different holes lol.
There are a few different things that let me know shes done on one particular side,and its then when I give her the other.
