I read a bit on vitex before when we were TTC. A lot of breastfeeding moms take it to regulate their cycles when TTC.
I'd say talk to your Dr. about it and if s/he is cool with it then go for it! I can't remember, are you charting temps? If not, that would help you see whether or not you're actually ovulating each cycle.
