welllllllll, so as i mentioned before i'm doing this super ultra hardcore bootcamp. but i'm only doing it twice a week this month because that's what i initially signed up for cuz i didnt know if i'd like it or what. anyways its SO awesome, and the guy who runs it told us '2 time a weekers' that we should be doing 2 other workouts each week of a high intensity. he said 20-25 min at high intensity two other times per week. So, basically this is my little mini goal! I just did 35 min of high intensity outside, running, about 6 flights of stairs, hills and finished up with 14 push ups (12 full, and 2 of the ones where you just lower yourself down really slow). so there you have it, i'm halfway to my workout goal for this week yay! too bad i just HAD to bake a banana blueberry loaf while i was out running haha.....omg it smells so good, it's just cooling now. i swear i'll make DH eat it all!! hehe ok i might have a slice or two! but i mean come on, theres tons of fruit in there!
