I've only gotten pedicures when I was really pregnant and couldn't reach my feet.
But the times I did go I've gone to hair salons that do them. I can't stand the smell of a strictly nail salon, but there was no chemical smell when I went to the hair salon since they didn't do fake nails. Even if they did it wouldn't be nearly as often as a nail place. I wonder if you could find a place like that.
