I am sorry this pregnancy has been so stressful. I can relate to some degree. I have heard of this before but I don't know too much about it other than like you said it is fairly common and usually corrects itself. I hope that the next u/s will be able to put your mind at ease..well as much as it can.

Oh and about the low fluid. Drink plenty of water and try to stay in bed with your feet up as much as possible. And if your not a big water drinker, you can also try eating more fruit...it has water in it. Watermelon is a good source and low in calories too.

Sorry I couldn't help very much, but some of the girls on high risk might know more about it too so you might want to post there also. I hope you get some good answers.
