Welcome back to weigh in wednesday ladies, I hope you had a healthy and lighter week!
This week I got down to 201 - only 2lbs from my first goal of weighing under 200lbs and 26lbs aways from my overall goal
It wasnt all sunshine and roses though. I made some bad eating choices out of hormonal desperation (dove chocolate.. a lot... cough cough) and I injured my foot which kept me from push mowing the lawn (my main exercise right now)
How is everyone else doing?
