You never know... But keep in mind some people just carry big or small... My mom and I, with our longer-than-average torsos, tend to carry small, it seems. They told her I was going to be 7 pounds, because she didn't look big at all. Well, I came out out 9 lbs 14 oz. LOL so when you say an 8 pound baby, I'm like, "Wow, I hope my baby's that small!"
