I would ask them nicely if they would mind parking on their own side of the street in case you have people over and they can't all fit in the driveway. If that doesn't work I would involve the police! Good Luck!

Or you could do what a neighbor of mine did shortly after we moved it. I used to park in our garage but got blocked out and it was late (everyone was in bed or something). Anyways, I parked as close to my driveway as possible (partially in front of our property and partially in front of theirs). I got a nasty note on my car the next morning when I moved it into the garage - with my license plate number and asking why the **** I parked in front of their house. I almost got nasty with them - I was a new mom and very hormonal.
