i stopped taking my suppositories shortly after 12 weeks - i think 12w 3d. i read somewhere that the placenta actually takes over by 10 weeks so by doctors having patients take them til 12 weeks more than covers that.
on the other hand, i do know exactly what you mean about being worried about stopping them. i think i might have just kept taking them if i had had more left on my prescription (but i didn't) and i talked to my doctor and the specialist more than once to make them reassure me that there was no need to take them past 12 weeks. i felt better after discussing it in depth with them. maybe you could ask your doctor some more questions just so you feel more comfortable. i too was considering asking fro one more months worth, but they really make me feel like that wasn't needed.
it is so hard after losses - we try to do everthing possible to keep our babies healthy. you are doing great! try not to stress yourself out too much.
