Hello everyone!

I'm beyond new to this whole forum experience, but I've got a really good friend who's very active here. I know how much this site has helped her through her loss and now two pregnancies, and I'm hoping that I can get a little love and support too!

We're being told to wait to try to conceive by my doctor, and so I'm trying to get super healthy so we have the best odds... that why I'm here in the weight loss forum. Is it okay if I join in?
