Georgia says you can breastfeed anywhere you're allowed to be otherwise, but you should do it in a discreet and modest way. I do agree with that, it doesn't bother me to see a woman breastfeeding but I think you can do it in a way that you're not flashing everyone. I wouldn't want a bunch of people seeing my boob anyways, I'm getting one of those nursing covers this time.
As for midwifery, it is a misdemeanor for them to attend a homebirth because it counts as practicing medicine without a license, and if they give you any kind of medication like Pitocin to stop bleeding, that is a felony. Obviously it's not stopping me though lol! We just have to keep it on the down low.
I'm pretty sure the laws are different in SC because they have birth centers there, and we are right on the border.
