The numbing spray helps for the actual not feeling the needle part. You need to becareful with the spray though cause too much of it can cause 1st degree cold burns. If your ok with the needle part the numbing spray doesnt help anything else. Using an ice pack 10 minutes before the injection might help though. Try it! IVF is all about trial and error :-)
