It's hard for me to remember that far back.
Let's see, we got invited to a halloween party at the last minute so we didn't have costumes. We ended up going as trailer trash. I wore a white wifebeater that showed my preggo tummy and short shorts and fishnets and high heeled boots and my DH wore a trucker hat and a wifebeater and jeans. We had fun at the party though....everyone thought I was pretty brave wearing that getup at 7 months preggo.
At that time I was probably just working part-time (25 hours a week....not my choice, the company I work for wasn't doing well financially and cut my hours back) and I was really enjoying the time off.
My baby shower was coming up soon and I was so excited for it so we could finish the nursery. I ended up getting almost nothing off our registy at the shower and everyone just gave us clothes so I had to go to the store and buy everything off our registry that we needed. What was the point of registering if no one was going to buy us anything off of it.
