Well... first off! Welcome to the board!!!!!! Congrats on another girl.
As for dividing the room, mind you I have never done this before but, I think that you should ask your daughter how she would like it done. Like what part of the room does she want. The new baby really only needs a wall for crib and dresser or... get a large dresser matching eaither crib or older DD furniture. As long as you older daughter has part of it I think that she will be happy with however it is done. You might want to get a bar to add hanging space in the closet.
