My bottles (Playtex) don't come in anything but slow & fast. Maddy was spitting up from the slow (gulping too much air) and now the fast she can down her 4 oz in 5 minutes (or less!). I bought medium for another kind of nipple and it doesn't work at all...that's what the box of bottles said but I didn't believe it. I just don't know what to do. She actually VOMITED last night b/c it was too fast for her. I'm calling the ped tomorrow but I didn't know if anyone here had any advice!!
